The Summit Edmonton Church displays notices in public areas of the building stating that at various events video/audio/photographic recordings may be taken.
The Summit Edmonton Church has a policy of assumed consent for photographs and other recorded images, rather than requiring individual consent forms to be signed. This applies to adults, children and young people.
Events include but are not limited to: services, church events, off-campus events etc. These recordings may be used on the church website, church social media, in church publicity material, etc.
We respect individuals’ choice to be excluded from photographs and video. We will therefore take and maintain a register of those who choose to be excluded from such recordings.
Photographs will be taken sensitively and with courtesy. Anyone, including children and young people, will be allowed to refuse to be in any photograph, if they choose so.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND CANCELLATION POLICY Donations are used according to our charitable purposes. Donation receipts are issued at year end for all eligible donations in the prior year. For designated donations, if for some reason it cannot be used as designated, it will be used for a similar purpose at the discretion of The Summit Church - Edmonton and in accordance with Canadian Law. Online transactions made in error and reported within 30 days will be fully refunded, and any fraudulent transactions will be refunded if reported to us within 90 days. In accordance with Canadian Law, donations are otherwise non-refundable. Payments for event registrations are fully refundable if requested within seven days of payment (unless the event has already occurred). After seven days, an administrative fee may apply which is disclosed at the time of registration. If an event is cancelled by us, or if a medical emergency prevents the registrant attending, the fee will be fully refunded.
