House Church

Published on by in Uncategorized

A house church is a group of people who meet in a home to carry out the great commission as an extension of the city church (The Summit). We meet together twice a month to pray and study the Word of God.  Each House Church is encouraged to eat together, be involved in community service projects together, care for one another, share together as a group and celebrate Communion. It’s the way it all started almost two thousand years ago and we’re attempting to return back to the basics.

Our purpose is to grow in friendship with each other and in relationship with God. House Church allows us to build care communities within The Summit Church, provide accountability and discipleship, and encourage evangelism, service and fellowship.

We encourage all those who attend The Summit Church to attend House Church. Our desire is to see individuals extend an invitation to those in their community to come and see what House Church is all about.
